Living Room

This spacious room supports an old fashioned traditional fireplace with the existing old fire crane, hooks, pots, and kettle. The room is superbly decorated and has timber floors for comfort, warmth, cleanliness and relaxation.

Kitchen

The old fashioned styled fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The adjoining utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The back door from the kitchen leads to the rear elevated garden with some antique farm machinery.

Bedroom

The enormously spacious master bedroom has an excellent view over the surrounding countryside. Its walls of soft tones blend calmly with the timber flooring while the adjacent changing room houses the en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom

A bathroom uniquely decorated with an old traditional styled steel bath tub freestanding in the middle of the tiled floor. In keeping with the old style theme the sanitary ware have an old style feel and standing alone in the corner is the modern electric shower unit.

Included in the rates: Oil fired central heating, open fire in sitting room, old style fireplace in living room. A €20 fuel supplement is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included. In the living room there is a music centre and a telephone is also supplied. All the mod cons for the kitchen and utility room microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are also fitted. Outside there is ample off road parking for 3 cars while around the house lie the mature lawned gardens. Pets are also welcome at the house.
